We bring shelves, tables, bins/containers to organize your items. If it needs dusted, cleaned or sorted, we take the time to do it right and that is what you are paying for! We pride ourselves in displaying your items in an organized and visually appealing manner to give buyers a pleasant and fun shopping experience.

We pride ourselves in displaying your items in an organized and visually appealing manner to give buyers a pleasant and fun shopping experience.
Our staff is committed to interacting with the buyers, finding out what they are looking for or collecting while pointing out items they may be interested in. We try to be helpful and friendly. We strive to get to know our regular attendees and are slowly learning their names and sometimes personally messaging them about upcoming items we know they will love.
We monitor collectables and breakables and help them retrieve the items safely, to help prevent damage and theft. Highly valuable items are kept at the register, and the smaller items are put in a closed plexiglass case, so access is limited and monitored.

Our regular marketing includes our website, Facebook (Houglass Estate Sale page, local area pages and marketplace), Instagram, and Yard
Sale Treasure Map (app) and our professional signage. Depending on the estate sale, we can add extra marketing sources. We name each estate sale and choose a theme or fun phrase that represents the item

Large furniture items that are more valuable or hard to sell items, are posted on Facebook Marketplace (with multiple pictures and measurements) after contract is signed to allow more time to sell these items. This service helps us
market to people specifically looking for these items and hit a broader audience while
spreading the word weeks before the upcoming estate sale.

We print custom address signs to add to our professionally printed yard signs (with spinners) that we place on every corner directing traffic to your home. We also have 6ft-feather banners that help catch the attention of drive-by shoppers. We also use custom signage inside your home for entrance and exit points, off limit areas, breakables, rules and instructions and safety concerns etc.
